Steel erection for pre-engineered metal buildings since 1978
Since the beginning, we have practiced the modularization of roof sections which allows us to assemble 80% of the building frames, secondaries and bracing on the ground and raise it with cranes.
Heimburger Construction is a member of the Metal Building Contractors and Erectors Association and we have achieved AC478 accreditation for assembly of metal buildings.
Stress-free construction
Heimburger Construction can handle your entire project from design to final occupancy. We have worked with the same sub-contractors for years and have years of general construction experience. We also self perform certain scopes of work, so we have actual employees on site to help coordinate and perform the work.
We are proud to be your local representative for the world’s leading producer of building solutions – Butler Manufacturing™. We're your experienced local construction partner - from conceptual design to final landscaping - no matter what type of facility you need to build.
Butler buildings are quantifiably different from other building systems. Butler’s roof clips, pre-punched structurals, MR-24 roof system with Pittsburgh seams and integrated trims are not available with any other PEMB system.

Accredited Metal Building Assembler
The AC478 accreditation program is the most comprehensive quality assurance accreditation of its kind for metal building assembly. It is administered by the International Accreditation Service (IAS), a sister company to the International Code Council, responsible for creating the International Building Code.
Heimburger Construction follows sections of ASHRAE guideline zero for building commissioning. At the beginning of each project we sit down with our client to develop the "Owner Project Requirement" (OPR) documents. This spells out how the building will be used and what design elements and features need to be included. The stakeholders in the building will go through each area, space by space, to determine what the final design needs to include for a fully functional space. The information obtained in the OPR's are used to create the Basis of Design document that spells out the scope of work for each trade along with a short summary of the design criteria from the OPR. Each sub-contractor follows the Basis of Design documents for drawings and bidding purposes and the scope of work can be checked against the original requirements. The documents are updated as changes are made with the reason for the change. At the end of the project, the owners are given all the warranty and training information for the different systems with the contact names for all the sub-contractors. We feel that this process creates a quality-driven project.
