An existing Butler building from the 1980’s. A section of roof 60 x 100 was removed and the eave height was increased from 22′ to 45′ to accommodate rock climbing walls. New wall panels were installed with increased insulation and the old roof panels were re-installed over a 12″ super saver insulation system.
